Auditions for the Winter 2024 Production Season are Tuesday and Wednesday, December 12 & 13. Rehearsals begin the week of January 2. Scroll shows below to determine specific dates of your selected production choice.
Scroll down by day of week to find the class/production you wish to register for. All registrants receive a 10% discount for more than one class. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your place in any program. All tuition fees are due on the first day of the program.
All classes subject to last minute cancellation due to inclement weather. Please follow the Clinton Public School cancellation decisions in the event of winter storm cancellations.
Monday Production Rehearsals begin Monday, January 8.
Peter Pan Fairytale Theater runs through Monday March 4. (No Rehearsal 2/19) 2 tech days 3/4 and 3/6. Matinee performance 11am 3/9.
Noises Off Rehearsals run through March 18. (No Rehearsals 2/19 or 3/4). Tech Week 3/18 - 3/21 4:30 - 8pm) Shows: 3/22 and 23 at 7pm.
This hour long class rehearses to perform our own 30 minute version of the production, Peter Pan, beloved fairytale with just our littlest thespians to be performed on the Town Hall Stage, March 9, 2024 at 11am. Students will all receive a speaking role they can be successful with based on our initial first class. No auditions for this program. Guaranteed to bring a smile to any young performers face. Students will also be subject to a nominal costume fee and supplying own undergarments TBD during rehearsals. No rehearsal Monday, February 19.
This advanced level performance class allows students to explore their acting technique with comprehensive analysis of classical dramas geared towards a young adult and adult audience. Please be aware that the content and discussion of is designed for a mature student and audience. Performances scheduled for March 22 & 23, 2024. No rehearsals 2/19 or 3/4.
8 weeks of instruction for young emerging performers every Tuesday until the show. Students will receive ensemble roles in the larger cast, learning at least 2 dance numbers and working on 1 scene to participate in with the larger cast, culminating in a full mainstage performance at the Clinton Town Hall in March. No audition necessary for this age group.

For Grades 6 and UP ONLY: You DO NOT NEED to register both days. Please register Tuesday OR Thursday NOT BOTH but you are expected to rehearse both days for this show. In this 6 week class, taught by our newest instructor, Keturah Murnane, students grades 4 and up will explore 3 different styles of dance including Hip Hop, Ballet/Lyrical, Tap and Musical Theatre Jazz to help become more expressive on the stage and gain confidence dancing in any musical we may wish to audition for.
A traditional 6-week class for students looking to improve their dance skills. Many young people discover theater over time and once bit by the bug realize they are missing essential dance skills to get top roles in high school theater or professionally. This class is designed to teach the older actor the critical basics to tap dancing in an age-friendly environment. This high energy, full of fun moves class will have you tapping with confidence at auditions in no time!
Every 2 weeks we will offer a different boot camp intensive for the young performer. Bootcamp 1: Dancing in Heels 1/24 & 1/31; Bootcamp 2: Nail your Audition; Bootcamp 3: Audition prep for Spring Shows at the Academy. $56 for each 2 week bootcamp or take all 3 and get immediate 10% off.
All students who wish to participate in this class must be evaluated by our head dance teacher/ choreographer, Maria Lonetti. This class is for advanced level performers who have prior experience with dance and/or theater.

A fun drama class designed specifically for children who are in grades 1/2. Children learn to use their imaginations in a fun and cooperative environment to encourage kindness and positive social skills while discovering a love for the performing arts.
This once-a-week drama class incorporates improvisation games and drama activities into a fun and cooperative experience. A perfect class for any child interested in exploring the performing arts in a free, imaginative setting.
A traditional improvisation and comic theater 8-week class for older students looking for a class to explore comedy and improvisation. Students work separately in appropriate age levels (grades 6 - 8 & grades grades 9 - 12) and together to develop comic skits and routines appropriate for each age level.

Next Level Dance for grades 6+ will offer a 4 week 90 minute intensive dance class Saturdays from 1/27 - 2/17 that offers a variety of styles for every musical genre. Hip Hop; Ballet/Lyrical; Tap and Musical Theater Jazz.
A great way to introduce the young budding performer to all styles of dance necessary to have confidence in any musical. Join Keturah for this 4 week, 90 minute intensive and feel confident with any cold dance audition or just feel super confident in any musical you are cast in.

Advanced Level Musical Theater Program for grades 10 and up (*with special exceptions for grades 8/9) This 1949 Tony Award Winning Musical with book by Michael Stewart and Music by Charles Strouse/Lyrics by Lee Adams is a beloved classic musical comedy!
Rehearses every Saturday from 10 - 2:30pm from 3/30 until 6/1.
Mandatory Tech Days include: Monday, 5/20; Wednesday, 5/22 5:30 - 8pm and Monday, 5/28 thru Thursday, 5/30 from 4 - 9pm. **Non-Mandatory Memorial Day Rehearsal, 5/27 11 - 3pm or TBD.
