**New** Tiny Tunsicals (grades 1 thru 4)

  • This 8 week class is perfect to get your young performer ready for the Big Stage. Designed just for this age level, students in this class will work on songs, dances and a short script to experience all the different aspects of putting on a full musical production. Class will be just for this age level separate from the bigger mainstage to allow students one to one instruction within a safe, small group program.

Fall Mainstage ~ The Wizard of Oz - Tuesday Rehearsal Option

Rehearsals for the Fall Mainstage, The Wizard of Oz, every Tuesday from September 14 thru October 28 based on age/grade level.  

Tech Week for Mainstage Productions is MANDATORY from November 1 thru 4.  

Performances the weekend of November 5.

  • This once-a-week class gives young actors who may be new to the stage an opportunity to perform in our Fall Mainstage Production, The Wizard of Oz, in a more intimate setting. Students will be given two full scenes within the show that they work on during class time. They perform their scenes during the performance of the Fall Show and participate in all full cast activities including tech week. No audition necessary for this group.

  • 8 weeks of instruction for young emerging performers. Students will receive ensemble roles in the larger cast, learning at least 2 dance numbers and working on 1 scene to participate in with the larger cast, culminating in a full mainstage performance at the Clinton Town Hall the first weekend of November. No audition necessary for this age group.

Dance/Movement Classes Wednesdays from September 8 thru October 27. (Showcase scheduled for Friday, October 29 at 6:30pm)

Showcase optional for students enrolling.  All classes/showcases subject to times/date changes TBD as the season gets underway based on CDC guidelines/instructor &/or students conflicts. *Classes/showcase may be subject to cancellations/moved to remote learning/modified at any moment as required during the fluctuating situation with COVID 19.

  • A fun and energetic 8-week class for students looking to learn or improve their ability to perform choreographed fights on stage. In this class, students will learn the basics of physical stage-fighting using fake weapons and their bodies. Students will explore everything from slap-stick humor to fully choreographed sword-fights.

  • A traditional 8-week class for students looking to improve their dance skills. Many young people discover theater over time and once bit by the bug realize they are missing essential dance skills to get top roles in high school theater or professionally. This class is designed to teach the older actor the critical basics to tap dancing in an age-friendly environment. This high energy, full of fun moves class will have you tapping with confidence at auditions in no time!

  • All students who wish to participate in this class must be evaluated by our head dance teacher/ choreographer, Maria Lonetti. This class is for advanced level performers who have prior experience with dance and/or theater.

Drama Classes every Friday from September 10 thru October 29. (Showcase October 29 at 6:30pm.)

  • A fun drama class designed specifically for children who are in grades 1/2. Children learn to use their imaginations in a fun and cooperative environment to encourage kindness and positive social skills while discovering a love for the performing arts.

  • This once-a-week drama class incorporates improvisation games and drama activities into a fun and cooperative experience. A perfect class for any child interested in exploring the performing arts in a free, imaginative setting.

  • A traditional improvisation and comic theater 8-week class for older students looking for a class to explore comedy and improvisation. Students work separately in appropriate age levels (grades 6 - 8 & grades grades 9 - 12) and together to develop comic skits and routines appropriate for each age level.

Advanced Level Musical Theater Program rehearses every Saturday from 10 - 12:30pm from 9/18 until 12/4.  (*Please. note ~ there are NO Rehearsals 11/20 OR 11/27 - Thanksgiving Break) Tech Week is a mandatory rehearsal week from 12/4 thru 12/8.  Auditions required.  This is an advanced level program and as such a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a place before auditions.
